Spill Center is staffed by environmental, technical and legal specialists who are on call 24/7, 365 days a year, to manage emergency spill response for clients, coordinate with on-scene authorities and environmental cleanup contractors, complete incident reports, provide expert advice and document all activities to keep the client in a legally defensible position.

Or you can select Request a Callback at the website, and an experienced Spill Center compliance associate can help you find qualified cleanup contractors, provide assistance with required regulatory reporting, and coordinate response, cleanup and disposal activities – 24/7, at night, over the weekend, and during holidays.
Spill Center is the North American leader in spill support and environmental claims management. We maintain a database of nearly 30,000 federal, state, provincial and local jurisdictions requiring reports after spills within a specified time frame throughout North America.
More than 3,000 pre-qualified cleanup contractors across North America are on file in another database. Each contractor continually updates his fee schedules, insurance qualifications and special capability information for Spill Center. Each is regularly reviewed to ensure a prompt, reliable and cost-effective response to your spill. Spill generators pay contractors directly for work performed. Spill Center receives no remuneration of any kind from the providers who are referred to spill generators.
So whenever you have a spill-related question, you can ask it online or request a callback. Our goal is to help you contain spill-related costs and limit potential liability. We offer easy-to-use mobile website applications and communication tools online. You pay only for the services that you request.
Tom Moses started Spill Center on the premise that no company will ever have enough environmental spills to get good at managing them efficiently and cost-effectively. “We deal with spills every day on behalf of clients, filing more than 300 U.S. DOT Incident Report Forms each month for clients – more incident reports on behalf of clients than any other organization in the country,” he observes.
Spill Center is based in Hudson, Mass. Tom Moses can be contacted by telephone at 978-568-1922, x222, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
