We have comprehensive information on more than 3,000 contractors throughout North America who are qualified and equipped to respond to environmental spills. When you need a contractor on a moment’s notice after a spill, we will provide you with a list of contractors in the vicinity of the release who are available to respond. You chose the one you want, and we coordinate the cleanup, waste disposal and site remediation for you – and keep you in the loop throughout the operation. We receive no fees from contractors for this referral service.
Spill reporting mandated by environmental agencies is a vital part of Spill Center’s service. Fees and penalties for late reporting or failure to report, sometimes to as many as a half-dozen agencies, can mount up quickly. That’s why we maintain a database of contact information and reporting requirements of nearly 30,000 local, state, provincial and federal jurisdictions.
